Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Because we are a small, hands-on business, this may vary slightly depending on order volume and plant readiness.
Shipping Days
We ship Monday–Wednesday to help prevent plants from sitting in transit over the weekend.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on size and destination.
Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee under the following conditions:
Someone is available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt
Weather conditions are within safe shipping ranges (generally 50°F to 90°F)
The correct shipping address is provided at checkout
If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with:
Clear photos of the plant and packaging
Your order number
We will work with you to make it right 💚
Weather Protection
Depending on conditions heat packs, ice packs and/or insulation may be required, or shipping will be delayed for the safety of your plants.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns.
However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we will absolutely help if something goes wrong.
Damaged or DOA (Dead on Arrival) Plants
If your plant arrives in poor condition:
Contact us within 2 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the plant and packaging
If approved, we may offer:
Replacement (if available)
Store credit
Partial or full refund (case-by-case)
Non-Eligible Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
Minor cosmetic damage (small tears, slight yellowing, etc.)
Stress from shipping (wilting, minor leaf loss)
Damage reported after the 2-hour window
Incorrect care after delivery
Plants are living things and can change quickly depending on environment and care.
